The U-shaped molybdenum silicide bar heating element is adopted in the hearth, the temperature rise is quick, and the service life is long. The vacuum absorption inorganic ceramic fiber hearth has low heat storage. The equipment can be pre-vacuumized to 50Pa, can realize the control of more than one kind of atmosphere, and is suitable for the anaerobic sintering of various materials.
