Operation Steps:1.Pour the reaction solvent into the PTFE/PPL liner and ensure the freaction solvent is less than 80% of volume.2. Make sure that the bottom gasket of reactor is in the correct position (protrusion facing down), then place the PTEF/PPL liner and upper gasket, and tighten the kettle lid with a screw.3. The hydrothermal synthesis reactor is placed in a heater and heated to a desired temperature (less than the specified safe use temperature) according to the specified temperature increase rate.4. The kettle lid could be opened when you confirm that the temperature in the kettle is lower than the boiling point of the reaction solvent. When the temperature is to be cooled at the end of the reaction, it must be operated strictly in accordance with the specified cooling rate to facilitate safety and the service life of the reactor.5. After confirming that the temperature in the reactor is lower than the boiling point of the reaction solvent, please loosen the kettle lid with a screw, and then open the kettle lid.6. The hydrothermal synthesis reactor should be cleaned in time after use to avoid rust. The Sealing part of kettle and kettle lid should be carefully cleaned and protected from damage.Our Services:
